Kim Brulee and the Flying Pan's

Kim Bruleé and the Flying Pan’s is a combination of theatrical acts and the preparation and enjoyment of food. It’s an interactive food theatre.

The center of our act is a unique vintage fire truck, restored and slightly altered for its new role, a modern kitchen build in the back. Costumed characters walk around on stilts and engaging the onlookers, a theatrical element added to their meal.
At the service counter staff can sometimes be seen hanging upside down, adding the finishing touches to the plates with a birds-eye view.

A table walks around untill they meet their next customer and serve them another fresh pancake.

A wild variety of theatre and tasty food provides a lot of input for your senses!

WwheAAThrough all this an atmosphere is created with reminds of a circus with a touch of burlesque and extravaganza.

After a succesfull 2011 summer season we are now preparing for 2012.

Following two previous years we will continue with our unconventional way of delivering food to the audience.

Our walking table will once again board and provides á la carte service for the more adventurous.

Since we still haven't been able to recruit a dwarf with pancake experience, we are bringing this year a mammoth-mama.

Pancakes will be delivered right in front of those sitting under her dress, exciting?
